1977 Pearson 323 Sloop - $23,500
This Pearson 323 is a solidly built sloop with 4500 pounds of ballast in a fin keel and a skeg-hung rudder. Equipped to sail in comfort, she is equipped with:

Auxiliary power comes from a 23 hp Volvo MD2 diesel engine with V-drive, mounted under the companionway. The boat sleeps five with a private master cabin forward, with a V-berth, bookcase and storage. The enclosed head is adjacent with a clever hideaway sink.. Moving aft, the main salon provides bench seating to port and starboard . Alekai features a large table on centerline that can drop to convert to a jumbo berth or be raised out of the way to the cabin top for increased mingling space. The L-shaped galley is set at the foot of the companionway, to port, with a standard sink (foot pump fresh, hand pump salt, and pressure hot and cold water), two-burner propane Hill range and icebox.
